Only when you change your Behavior will you be successful in achieving your desired results

Behavioral Coaching

We use behavioral coaching as part of our cognitive therapy approach evaluations and assessments to help you understand and change your overall behavioral patterns and belief system associated with your stress, anxiety, depression, addictions and poor health habits. We use this in conjunction with all our complementary therapy and technology programs as behavioral change is critical and the most important part of achieving and maintaining long term sustained results.

Personal Life & Performance Coaching:

This is a stand alone coaching program with a personal coach for people ready to make a commitment to move forward, change and improve their overall quality of life. It will help you understand and improve through mild forms of life changes, especially if going through a mid life crisis that affects adults from the age of 35 up to 55 or a quarter life crisis that affects those under 30. These types of crises cause extra stress and anxiety on the mind and body that can lead to major depression and other illnesses if left untreated.

Life and Performance coaching is results orientated and works on changing the behavioral pattern that gets in the way of your success. Your personal coach will get you to think at a deeper level and will challenge your values and beliefs. This type of coaching approach is a powerful way to bring out the absolute best in your capabilities and release your full potential through you talking things out with your personal coach and being able to create new development and opportunities to aid in reducing overall stress. Your personal coach will help you to achieve your goals through continued support. They will teach, explore alternatives, inspire, motivate, act as a sounding board, build confidence and capability, facilitate learning, ask questions, listen with compassion, develop skills, create ownership, provide a challenge, act as a model, and explore potential. Your personal coach will often act as a confidante, providing you with tools, support, and structure to achieve more than you would do yourself.

The diagrams show you what is normally covered in the coaching process and that 90% of people learn best when given one to one coaching or teaching than any other method of learning. The sample questions below will give you an insight and guide into what a coach may ask you during a session. These questions are not in order and they will vary in-depth depending on the client’s needs and answers given during the session.
